- If the painting is lost before delivery to your address you will be fully refunded
- If the painting is lost after delivery, e.g. at a concierge, the insurance does not cover the loss. The customer is responsible and there is no refund

Please carefully check the product when you receive it, verify that it is in perfect condition, possibly accept it with RESERVE
If there is any damage, please photograph all the defects and contact us within 24 hours, the information you give us will be essential to manage the refund
If the painting is damaged we will proceed with the return at our expense and you will be refunded when we receive it and ascertain the damage
If the frame is damaged we will refund the cost of the frame or return it at our expense, repair or replace the frame and send the painting back to you

Select this type of finish if you want to save money and receive only the rolled up canvas of the painting.
You will then be able to turn to your trusted framer to have the product completed and then hang it in your home.
This solution can be convenient if you have other framed paintings at home and want to maintain the same style.
Framed painting
By selecting this type of finish you will receive your new painting already framed, ready to hang. For the frame, top quality fir strips are used to ensure the right sturdiness during transport and durability over time.
Many of my subjects, especially the abstract ones, are often suitable for hanging without a frame also because in most cases the design covers the edges, however there are some canvases that if purchased with only the frame could have a white edge.
