Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship practically all over the world. If you cannot find your destination during checkout, contact me here for a quote.
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the product purchased and depending on the delivery address, the total will be calculated directly at the order checkout.
What are the shipping times for paintings?
Obviously it depends on the shipping address, I generally prepare orders in 2-3 working days from payment.
National shipments take 24/48 hours, in Europe 3-5 working days while international ones 5-10 working days to be delivered depending on the speed of customs procedures.
Shipping details are provided via email upon completion of the order.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping to Italy is always FREE!!!
For shipments to other countries, a specific cost calculation tool is available during checkout.
Are the paintings sold with the frame?
Unfortunately it is too complicated for me to ship the painting complete with frame, but it is possible to choose whether to receive only the rolled canvas or the painting already framed ready to be hung.
Is it possible to view the paintings in person before purchasing?
The sale takes place exclusively online, I don't have a showroom in which the paintings are displayed and it is not possible for me to receive customers at my studio.
How can I make a return?
- Login to your account here
- In the **Email** field, enter your email address, then click on **Continue**.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in it.
- Return to the online store, then enter your six-digit verification code.
- Click on the order for which you wish to send the return.
- If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
- Select the reason for the return and add a note to the store.
- Click on **Request return**.
If your return request is approved you will receive an email with shipping instructions (which will be at your expense). Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund according to the store's policies.
